Is custom printing available?

Yes, we can print your logo on the cards if you order a minimum of 25. This is due to our printing tray minimum.

How do I activate my card?

There is no setup or activation needed. Your cards come to you activated and ready to use.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer a 30 money-back guarantee on all standard cards.

We do not offer a money-back guarantee on custom printing. We suggest you order a regular card to test if you’re unsure if you want them for your whole team.

How many reviews can I collect?

Unlimited. There are no limits on how many reviews you can collect.

Are there any extra fees?

No. There are no extra, or monthly fees to use your card.

How long does the card last?

These cards do not expire.

Can I change the link on my card?

No. Once we program your card, you’ll need to order a new card to get a new link programmed in.
